Quotations & Pricing

  • Quotes given by E-Mail, Facebook or any other method are valid for up to 7 days and may be subject to revision.
  • Any quotes given with special discounts or bulk pricing may be subject to change if quantity or quality is changed.
  • Agreed pricing is final and can not be changed.
  • Our contact methods are limited to E-Mail & Facebook Messenger.

Ordering & Delivery

  • An order is to be placed via E-Mail providing all information that is requested by us.
  • An invoice will be issued to you/your company with the details provided including a contact person, delivery address, VAT Number and any other relevant information
  • Once an invoice is issued it must be paid in full via Cheque or Bank Transfer (Details will be provided)
  • Artwork is to be submitted with your order and this submission is final. Once you order is placed and paid it is not possible to change your artwork in any way.
  • Delivery time given is an approximation and estimate and we are not liable for any delays caused for any reason. Most of the time we would be able to deliver on or before the given date but can be changed due to any unforeseen circumstance and you will be notified. The date will be given once full payment and correct artwork is received.

Submitted Artwork

  • If artwork is provided by you (the client) Please make sure there are no error, spelling mistakes, template markings or any other defect as these will be printed as sent.
  • Our printing checks the file(s) before print to ensure good resolution and proportions and that they wall within the specifications or requirements of the the specific product print run.
  • We are not liable in any way for any defects in a final file submission.

Cancellation of order

  • Unfortified once a product has been paid for and sent for print it is not possible to cancel you order or get a refund.

Defective Products

  • We ensure 100% inspection of your products prior to delivery. Should your order arrive to you with a defect it will be replaced.
  • Kindly send us proof of the defect being such as wrong cutting, unwanted markings, ecc..
  • Should you find a delivery of a product with a dent, tear, scratch or any other form of physical damage it will also be replaced.
  • We will check against the final file submission and if confirmed it is a printing error it will be re printed and re delivered as soon as possible without any additional charge.
